Rental and corporate housing arrangements for expat executives, and for companies bringing in foreign staff, are handled by Edo Partners’ brand, TokyoExpat. Property search, English-language contract explanations, and company-leased housing arrangements tailored to HR policies are all handled there. Real Estate Brokerage License: Tokyo Governor (1) No. 113471. We do not collect rent, sublease, or manage buildings.

Do you handle corporate housing for Japanese employers too?
Yes. The employer does not need to be foreign-affiliated. Please see TokyoExpat’s HR page for details.
What about standard rentals or purchases for Japanese individuals?
If you need to accommodate a foreign tenant or an English-language contract, please use TokyoExpat. Otherwise, individual sales and leases are handled by Real Estate Brokerage.
